How to request deletion

1. Send a message to the Crisp Ads by Robert Bacon II Facebook Page with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Include the email or Facebook profile name associated with your inquiry and what you want deleted (e.g. Messenger thread, onboarding notes, performance exports).
3. We will confirm receipt and complete deletion of data we control within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or billing obligations.

Meta platform data

Data stored in your Meta ad account or Page remains under your control in Meta Business settings. Revoking our partner or system-user access stops future access; historical data in your account is managed by you and Meta.
