What this covers

This policy describes how we handle information when you use our Facebook Page, Messenger, Meta advertising services, or related tools that connect to Meta’s platforms.

Information we collect

• From Meta: Page and ad account data we access with your permission (campaign performance, messaging metadata, Page insights) as allowed by Meta’s APIs and your Business settings.
• From you: Messages you send us, business URLs you provide, and information you share during onboarding (business name, service area, contact preferences).
• Technical: Standard server and automation logs from our hosting providers (e.g. webhook delivery, error logs). We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To operate advertising and messaging services, report performance, respond to inquiries, improve our processes, and comply with law. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing lists.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (e.g. Meta, automation hosts, notification tools) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required for business and legal records, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You may revoke Meta Business access at any time in Business settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold — see Data deletion.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
